Welcome to the ACADEME Spring Newsletter, a regular update of news and events relevant to the ACADEME cardiovascular risk management initiative. ACADEME is an initiative that aims to offer health care professionals in primary care comprehensive and up-to-date educational opportunities in managing cardiovascular risk. As well as continuing to offer news and educational opportunities via the website and its e-journal clubs and patient case history-based educational modules, this year we have dramaticaly extended the number of our Primary Care Master Class meetings at new locations across the country.In addition, we will be introducing CPD certification to all ACADEME activities be they meetings or online.
